Whenever we enter into pit to read the  movement, we wish to have one remote movement measuring device to tell movement at a convenient place. Often our pit is full of water or mud and entering below heavy load is always risky. To abandon old pressure gauge and dial indicators, we have designed a NEW system to provide load and movement measurement, remotely at convenient location and that’s too conveniently with recording facility.

Product Details:

Piletest’s GPC is the next generation of dynamic pile testing systems. It is designed with simplified software and higher ease of use than past systems.

The GPC system was designed with Professor George G. Goble, the pioneer of dynamic pile analyzers. The GPC complies with ASTM D4945 - Standard Test Method for High-Strain Dynamic Testing of Deep Foundations and Eurocode EN ISO-22477-4.

Product Details:

Hydraulic Jacks have multipurpose utility, i.e. application of loads while engaged in field investigation, determination of load carrying capacity of piles in the field, tensioning of wires in pre-stressed structures, loading of members of any structure for deformation characteristics etc. The jacks are supplied complete with manually operated pumping units fitted with bourdon tube type load gauge and high pressure flexible hose pipe. All the jacks have a piston travel of 50 mm and jacks upto 1000 kN capacity are provided with retraction springs. These are available in the different ranges Hydraulic Jacks.

Product Details:

The CHUM (Cross Hole Ultrasonic Monitor) uses the Crosshole Sonic Logging, CSL testing method to perform high-resolution quality control of deep foundations.

The system uses an ultrasonic wave sent from a transmitter to a receiver pulled through water-filled access tubes embedded in the concrete. The measured arrival time and energy are strongly dependent on concrete quality. 

Additional methods supported by the CHUM are Single Hole Ultra sonic Testing (SSL/SHUT) and Tomography (two- and three-dimensional). The CHUM is fully compliant to ASTM D6760-16, AFNOR NF P 94-160-1 and additional standards

BIT measures the verticality of a borehole AND of existing piles

 

Borehole

BIT uses the auger/bucket itself as the centralizer. Eliminating the need for a heavy-to-move system.
The BIT enables fast and accurate determination of inclination in both dry and wet boreholes.
Large boreholes and diaphragm walls may be quickly tested several times during drilling to enable real-time corrective action.

Existing piles:

A special centralizer is attached to the BIT sensor and lowered into a standard access tube (No need for an expensive inclinometer tube). The BIT sensor includes a gyro which constantly measures and compensates the rotation of the sensor in the tube.
