EV2 PLT or EV2 Plate Load Test is inspired by DIN 18134:2020-04, where test surface is loaded and unloaded in fixed stress steps using a circular loading plate and a hydraulic loading device. The normal stress below the plate and the corresponding deflections of the plate are recorded in digital datalogger. The datalogger determine the strain modulus Ev2 and Ev1 and the ratio Ev2/Ev1, a figure for the compaction level is displayed.
